Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher measured 0 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. Ran the machine for 3+ cycles but no sanitizer was detected
Corrective Action(s): Machine was primed for approximately. 1 minute at which point sanitizer could be seen running into the machine. Once the machine was ran again, 100 ppm chlorine was detected at the dish surface.
Monitor the dishwasher daily and ensure that it is sanitizing dishware at 100 ppm chlorine.
