-Mouse droppings have been cleaned up. No additional droppings noted at the time of the inspection. Hole is wall has been repaired. Continue to keep floor areas clear and monitor for further activity. Take immediate action by cleaning up droppings and contacting Pest Control if droppings noted.
-Interior of line cooler has been cleaned and re-painted.
-Floor has been cleaned and is being maintained.
-Mesh screen is in place over opening above walk-in cooler
-Missing floor tiles have been replaced.
-New baseboard has been installed along wall in kitchen to facilitate cleaning. *Small gap noted under dishwasher between tile and baseboard transition. Seal/fill this gap to prevent debris from accumulating in this space or water from dishwashing area from seeping into this space.
-Repairs have been made to wall behind cooking line. Area behind burner still require completion.
-Adhesive cover which was on counter has been removed and replaced with more durable finish.
*Improvements/upgrades will be needed as premises ages to ensure surfaces (ie. floors, walls, counters) are maintained in a smooth, impervious and washable condition.
