Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Some food equipment was again found stored in non-food storage area; staff jackets were also found stored on food equipment storage shelving; these practices are unsanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food equipment stored in proper designated storage areas; do not store staff personal items (eg. jackets) in food/food equipment areas

Observation: * One freezer unit along cooking line was found to be broken; there were some fries being stored in this unt; staff reminded not to store food in broken freezer; manager mentioned this freezer to be repaired/replaced
Corrective Action(s): * Repair/replace ALL broken equipment immediately; Do NOT store food in broken cooler/freezer units

* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder except for one freezer that was not working and fries were found inside; operator to repair immediately
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration in 3-compartment sink system for sanitizing dishware
* Bar towel sanitizer (chlorine/bleach) was available 200 ppm or higher
* Sanitizer in spray bottles had hydrogen peroxide at 3500 ppm using test strips available; Ensure all bottles
* Food was covered in storage areas
* Staff were dressed appropriately with hair protection and attire
* Monitoring records were available for temperature but cleaning schedule not up to date; UPDATE cleaning schedule
* Note: some build up of grime/debris found under food tables and equipment
* Food safe level 1 renewal required every 5 years; staff have been renewing
* Note: Staff coats were found in the food equipment storage area; this is unsanitary; manager addressed immediately
* Note: food equipment was found in non-food equipment area; staff reminded that food equipment to be stored in designated food equipment storage area
