-Follow-up inspection to confirm corrective actions noted on November 6th inspection have been completed:
-Pest control technician visited the premises on November 11th
-Sanitation level is improving, but further efforts are necessary to remove soil and debris from surfaces:
**Deep-clean surfaces and shelves throughout the food premises (all debris and residues should be fully-removed)
**Periodically move coolers, freezers, and other appliances away from walls to clean underneath and behind the units
**Clean up food spills promptly to prevent accumulation of residues/debris
**Maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the food premises get cleaned and sanitized on a frequent basis.

-Operator is now storing food items in the back storage room in plastic bins.
**Please obtain additional bin(s) for storing the bags of rice (near the deep fryer) as well
**Continue to monitor the premises for rodent activity, keep doors closed, and remove rodent droppings as-needed
