Observation: Heavy pest activity noted in the following areas:
- Back storage room, including the produce walk in cooler
- Under bulk bins
- Around bread products
- Under large rice pallets
- Under racks of pots/pans (shared wall with office)
- North wall near entrance
2 mice found in snap traps underneath 2 compartment sink
Numerous (entrance) holes found throughout store:
- Beside dairy walk in cooler door (approx waist height)
- In broken produce walk in cooler panel (see pile of chewed styrofoam type material on floor)
- North West corner between rice and pots/pans
- West wall by large rice bags

Corrective Action(s): 1) Begin documenting activity for your pest control company. Provide them your observations for when they visit to maximize their efficiency when on site.
2) Saturate droppings with 9 parts water to 1 part bleach, and wipe up while wet
3) Implement a strict cleaning policy. ALL spills and food products must be thoroughly wiped up nightly.
4) Put heavy skids (eg. rice along West wall) on wheeled or heightened shelving to facilitate easy cleaning

Back gate has been fitted with vertical door sweeps sealing up approx. 1m up, and thin wire netting has been installed to prevent fly entry. Good

Note: a deep clean must occur throughout store and warehouse. This must be in addition to your thorough nightly cleans
Black panels along North wall (near front door) and under bulk bins must be removed for rodent inspection and cleaning
Note: bleach was not found at your 2 compartment ware washing sinks. There must always be a food grade sanitizer for use on site. Always have a diluted bleach product for general wipe up around food product areas (and cutting boards, knives, etc).
