Health permit has valid decal and posted. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (bleach) measured >100 ppm. Hot holding for samosas was at 65 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. Dipper well was in good working order. -Used during the summer when busy for ice cream. Temperature log available and up to date. Washroom was in sanitary condition. Pest control in place. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. Note: Provided operator with a reminder card for Food Safe recertification.
