2. to block off air vent hood that is missing

Observation: 1. Prep cooler across from grill is functioning properly but the top portion to cold hold food during use is not able to maintain 4 C or lower for safe cold holding
2. one of the chest freezer in the back storage area has broken panel inside that causes difficult cleaning
Corrective Action(s): 1.Required operator to have all food products stored in the cooler when not in use and address the issue to ensure that when it is left on top portion of the cooler, all foods are kept at 4 C or lower
2. Required operator to replace the panel so that all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable
