- All handsinks in kitchen andin washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Walkin cooler and drinks coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Three upright freezers and one undercounter freezer are measured between -14C to -19C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 75C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Surface sanitizer solution at the dispenser and in buckets with cleaning cloth are measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certification is verified at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Temperature logs are well-maintained
