Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee bean spills noted in the inspection report #JGUU-CARV7E has not been corrected. Operator cleaned the spills at this time.

Observation: The ice machine's sliding door is not yet serviced and placed back to the unit, providing a cover for the ice. The facility is waiting on a part to service the door permanently.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the sliding door so that it won't fall off of the unit.

Observation: 1. The hand washing station next to the dishwasher was leaking. A gap was noted in between the bottom of the sink basin and the drain pipe.
2. The same hand washing station did not have liquid soap available.
Correction: 1. Discontinue the use of this hand sink immediately. Service this hand washing sink to prevent the water leakage. Correct this by: immediately.
2. Replenish the liquid hand soap. Correct this by: immediately.

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CB2UCJ was conducted:
Operator is to update the area health inspector once the ice machine's sliding door is serviced.

Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
