On August 13, 2021, CCFL received a concern regarding care & supevision. The following details were provided: - minimum employee to children ratios not maintained - direct supervision not maintained - care plan for a child requiring extra support lacked pertinent details All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained via interviews & observations. CCFL determined the following contraventions to the Child Care Licensing Regulation: - 39(1) (Continuous supervision required) - 58(1)(a) (Care plans) - 58(1)(b) (Care plans) Immediate corrective action has been taken to address contraventions. No further action required. |
