-Repackaging and mixing/blending of teas
-Manual Dishwash method reviewed: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach at 1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter water
-Handwash station adequately stocked: paper towels in spindle, pumped soap and clear for use
-no signs of pests
NOTE: operator should be placing mechanical traps throughout the premise for monitoring: sticky, live, snap traps (no poisons)
