-Followup Inspection -Kitchen not fully finished at this time. contact health officer when kitchen is set up as per approved plans -Bulk foods, and dispensed foods in retail area removed -Handwash sink available and equipped. Garbage to be relocated to convenient area and hands free -Proper air drying rack to be purchased that allows drainage of liquids -Bleach to be mixed as per fraser health 2 compartment sink dilution.
