1. Since renovation, the back handsink right outside the washroom is not in use. There is a handsink conveniently located by preparation area. Please remove sink/fixture as this can be coded if handsink is not stocked/blocked.
2. Gloves are in use in facility. Ensure staff washes hands prior to wearing new set of gloves, everytime. Or don't use gloves at all and achieve frequent, necessary handwashing.
