Pest control company comes regularly. 3-compartment sink in facility. Quats sanitizer in sanitizing sink noted at 200ppm. Quats sanitizer in bucket also noted at 200ppm Note: 1. Since renovation, the back handsink right outside the washroom is not in use. There is a handsink conveniently located by preparation area. Please remove sink/fixture as this can be coded if handsink is not stocked/blocked. 2. Gloves are in use in facility. Ensure staff washes hands prior to wearing new set of gloves, everytime. Or don't use gloves at all and achieve frequent, necessary handwashing.
