Front and main food preparation area hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm chlorine available for use in "clean" bucket used to store wiping cloths. Used cloths placed in designated soiled/dirty container.
Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink and available for use in labeled spray bottles.
Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -5 degrees C. Currently being stocked with delivered food products.
Under the counter cooler by sandwich/burger assembly area at 4 degrees C.
Time stamp system in place for room temperature storage of cheese, cut tomatoes, onions, etc.
