-Follow-up inspection to October 22, 2021.
-Chemical dishwasher feedline was replaced and dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface. Ensure dishwasher is tested daily to verify the chlorine concentration.
-Knives were found to be properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Deli slicer sharpening guard was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
