Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating below 4'C; freezer operating below -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. NOTE: One chest freezer and two coolers not being used at this time. No food products stored in these units. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. NOTE: Ensure to have the bottle labelled as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'. - 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing. Bleach available. - No evidence of pest activity observed.
