Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate (see violation section for details). All coolers measured at 4 C or less. Freezer measured at -18C. Hot holding (rice and miso soup) measured at 60C or higher. Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 50-100 ppm chlorine at the plate level. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place. Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm QUATs. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions regarding this report.
