Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
All cold holding units equipped with thermometers.
Proper thawing methods observed at the time of inspection - in cold water in a bus pan, and on the bottom shelf of the walk-in cooler.
Proper food storage methods observed:
- Food stored off the floor.
- Food items covered and protected from contamination.
- Meats stored on the bottom shelves of the walk-in cooler.
- Dry storage room organized.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 100 ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine.
Ice machine satisfactory. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
Overall cleanliness and maintenance excellent!
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
