Comments

- Broken tiles in meat cutting area have been replaced
- Cardboard used to line floors in meat cutting area - discarded daily. OK.
- Meat band saw and grinder were in use. Ensure to thoroughly disassemble, clean and sanitize after each use.
- Raw poultry was being processed at time of inspection - temperature measured to be at 3C. OK.
- Reminder that gloves are single use and must be discarded after each use - no reusing.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths
- Hand sink in meat cutting area and in store were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder
- Bulk bins were maintained in sanitary conditions. Ensure scoops are regularly washed and sanitized.
- Food storage practices satisfactory, packaged food items were in good condition
- General sanitation of facility satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
