Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - 2 stand up domestic coolers in place. - Temperature of cooler compartment recorded below 4C - Freezer compartments recorded at -18C or below. - 2 compartment sink was equipped with both hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - All equipment/cutlery was stored in good sanitary condition. - Domestic dishwasher has sanitizing cycle. - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
