Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - 3 trays of chicken and vegi were not properly covered in the walk in cooler.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the manager.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand sinks were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- All cooler units measured 4C or below and equipped with thermometers.
- Freezer units at -18C.
- Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 200ppm. Kicthen staff know how to test the chlorine concentration.
- Quats dispenser unit and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. Sanitizer buckets with wiping rags placed in each food preparation area.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off floor.
- The floors underneath equipment and prep tables was free of grease or food debris.
- 3 persons on duty holds a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
- Bar area: the drink dispensing nozzle and the ice well was in a sanitary condition.
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
