Shipments are checked for any damage, pest issues, product dates and temperature (if applicable). Records kept. - Procedures in place for recalls. - Temperatures of cold holding units (cooler, freezer) were at required levels (4C or colder; -18C or colder): - Walk-in cooler 3C - Walk-in freezer -25C - Temperatures of cooler and freezer are monitored digitally. Alert received if temperature is not within required range. - Warehouse maintained in sanitary condition with food items stored off of the floor on pallets or shelving. - Daily and weekly cleaning schedule in place - Pest control contract in place with interior service (weekly) and exterior service (monthly) .
