Hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer in buckets measured 200 ppm. Display cooler, prep line cooler, walk-in cooler were at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. Temperature log was kept up to date. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Food products were stored off the floor. Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Note: Handed out "reminder card" for Food Safe I.
