Corrective Action(s): Operator diluted the bleach sanitizing bottle to 200 ppm in concentration. Ensure concentration of bleach is in between 100 - 200 ppm.

Observation: Gap noticed under the back entrance door close to the soft drink storage area.

1. On the side and under the deep fryer.
2. Under the small cabinet used to store condiments.
3. On the wall behind the 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule. Correct by: May 16, 2022.
