Comments

- Hand washing stations were unobstructed and were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in labelled spray bottle. Good.
- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary conditions and sink plugs for each compartment were available.
- Walk-in cooler and upright cooler were measured at 4C or colder. Display cooler not in use yet.
- Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory
- Dry storage areas well maintained. Ensure to clean dry storage room floors regularly.
- General sanitation was satisfactory
- Monthly pest control is in place. Bay door is properly sealed.
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site.
