Introduction
A scheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection #AFUN-BQQLVM dated June 18, 2020 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
On the inspection date of November 10, 2020 there were 17 children and 4 staff present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection follow-up on September 28, 2020 were reviewed for correction. The Licensing Officer (LO) confirmed correction to be complete. The LO additionally reviewed the outdoor equipment with the manager for ongoing review by the staff and pointed out some potential future safety concerns with the equipment. The slide structure additionally needs attention to the metal flashing that is accessing to the children playing in the area and the tunnel to be made inaccessible due to the exposed concrete. This inspection report was completed off site and emailed to the facility the same day.
The LO and the manager additionally reviewed again the program for COVID-19 Infection Control which was reviewed at the previous inspection.
