Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AXYS7G: BCCDC has issued a provincial dairy plant license for the back area of the premise. Floor plans received for the changes to the main kitchen which will be split into an area for food production (kitchen) for Kwantlen Pizza and back area which will be for dairy products (production). Separating wall between the kitchen and production area still to be constructed. New 3 compartment sink with drain boards to be installed for the segregated kitchen. No dairy production occurring at this time. Followup inspection.
