Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing station (2 compartment sink) lacked paper towel and staff washroom lacked liquid soap and paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): - Paper towel was supplied to the handwashing station and both paper towel and liquid soap supplied to staff washroom once staff were notified. Ensure handwashing station and staff washroom are always fully equipped for handwashing.

Comments

- Warehouse for storage and distribution of packaged non-potentially hazardous dry goods (flour, rice). Dispensing/packaging of canola oil.
- Hot and cold running water supplied to two compartment sink (used for handwashing) and washroom handsink
- Liquid soap was present at 2 compartment sink
- Bleach present for sanitizing purposes. Bleach sanitizing solution should 100-200ppm (1tsp bleach per 1 litre of water)
- Reviewed cleaning procedures for oil dispensing equipment. Food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried.
*Ensure floor below oil dispensing equipment is cleaned after use
- Pest control contract in place. Reviewed most recent service report (3-Feb-2020). Ensure all recommendations of Pest Control Technician are followed and all potential entrance points are filled/sealed.
