Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Prepackaged cooler is measured to be 10.7oC (enclosed) and 11.1oC (display) for air tempreature. Food temperature probed is measured to be 12.6oC. No temperature log has been maintained for this cooler.
2. Undercounter 2-door milk cooler is measured to be 7.8oC (air temperature). Food internal temperatures are measured to be 8.7oC (skim milk) and 9.1oC (unopened lactose milk). No temperature log is monitored and recorded today (now 3pm).
3. White cooler at the back is measured to be 5.1oC (air temperature). Food internal temperature is measured to be 7.1oC. No temperature log is monitored and recorded today.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in coolers until cooler is repaired. All potentially hazardous foods discarded.
