Corrective Action(s): - Clean droppings are soon as they are found with a bleach solution - Pest control company contracted; follow all recommendations - Close shipping door when trucks are not being loaded/unloaded Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Some walls damaged where pallets have been knocked against them.
