Discussed replacement of unit with operator last inspection and over past 6 months. Food product was found being stored AGAIN on this freezer unit-- not a storage shelf. Operator to replace by end of May 2019.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure chest freezer replaced beside the walk-in cooler as it is no longer food grade and has deteriorated. Follow up for this unit by end of May 2019

* Note: Commercial freezer to be installed by walk-in cooler-- remove deteriorated chest freezer
