Note: The kitchen was not in use at the time of the inspection.

- General sanitation is good.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Ensure that the water temperature for each cycle is meeting min 71C at the plate's level.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

- Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
