Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in one spray bottle was again tested at approximately 20 - 50x the required concentration. Staff are still manually diluting sanitizer in these bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle refilled from dispenser (dispenser unit now operating at 200ppm). Ensure all staff use the dispenser for sanitizer refills. Test concentration daily with test strips.

*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in previous report.
*Quats dispenser has been adjusted. Unit now operating at 200ppm. Ensure sanitizer bottles are refilled from this dispenser - do not manually dilute the product.
*Salad tongs kept in ice water during inspection.
*Very few flies observed during inspection. Continue to monitor the issue, and contact professional pest control for service if it persists or worsens.
*Freezer in back of kitchen is now equipped with a thermometer.
