Routine Inspection

Pizza slices stored in warmer. Warmer was only 40 C. Operator stated pizza is stored for a maximum of 2 hours and then discarded. This is OK.
Note: In order to keep food for a longer time, the minimum hot holding temperature is 60 C.
Frozen samosas are reheated on order.
Quats sanitizer available.
Household bleach (5%) can be used as a sanitizer. Use 1/2 tsp unscented bleach per litre of water to make a sanitizer solution.
Handwashing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels.
All coolers at 4 C or below.
All freezers at -18 C or below.
