Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Internal temp of cooked chicken in broken 2 door cooler measured at 8.4 oC - foods been there since last night.
Correction: All cooked/raw PHF foods ( cooked chicken, cheese, tempura ...) are to be discarded, Remove all veg (ie: sliced yam , sprouts , avocado... ) and move to other working cooler.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher temp did not achieve the minimum sanitizing temp of at least 71 oC at plate.
Correction: -Repair the dishwasher to acheive at least 82 oC in mainfold ( minimum of 71 oC at plate)
-Sanitize all dishes by soaking in bleach solution 100 ppm for 2 minutes -let air dry |
