-Facility is currently not using the BBQ meat section. Facility is planning on cooking BBQ meats in the future or purchasing cooked BBQ meat to reheat - meats must be reheated to greater than 74C prior to hot holding at 60C (or foods can be time tracked and discarded) -Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Walk-in freezer was at -18C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200ppm. -Handwash station in the BBQ station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand, and single use paper towels. -No food stored in the BBQ section at the time of inspection. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
