Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 individual containers of cold potentially hazadous products such as milk and milk alternative were stored at room temperature at the time of inspection. Internal temperature was noted at 16.0C. As per time label on the containers, they were left at room temperature for less than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** All cold potentially hazardous food products were returned to a functioning cooler.
Going forward, do not store any cold potentially hazardous food products at room temperature unless permission has been granted by Fraser Health for using time as a control for the food items.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink organic buildup noted on the clear transparent flaps noted in the interior of the ice machines (both machine).
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Manager cleaned and sanitized one of the ice machines and discarded all the ice in the first machine. Manager started the cleaning process for the second ice machine as the inspection was completed.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4.0C or below.
Freezer units were holding food at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold units were holding hot food above 60.0C.
Food stored off the floor and protected.
Sanitizer containers available throughout the facility - all noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Savory pastries that are stored at room temperature with a shelf life of 8 hours are tracked with a tracker sheet on their tablet. Time produced and number of pastries put out and discarded are tracked on this tracker sheet.
