Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units were 60 degrees Celsius or more.
Food storage practices appeared satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No signs of pests.

Note - premise now participates in a food recovery program, providing overcooked chicken product (i.e. excess volume) to be picked up 3 times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) by a third party food recovery program operator. Product is temperature monitored and stored in a safe manner.
