Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection both back area hand sinks obstructed from use by food containers and garbage can.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are clear of obstructions and available for washing hands at all times. Use of gloves does not exempt staff from adequate hand washing. This is a recurring issue. Further non compliance may result in the issuance of a violation ticket.
