- Ice machine cleaned and sanitized
- No deep fryer on site. Operator using, T-Fal air fryer (no oil used)
- Scoops with a handle provided for tempura flour and uncooked rice
- All foods covered with plastic wraps and lids
- All rodent droppings removed. Operator contacted pest control company (West Side Pest Control), first assessment scheduled for tomorrow.
- Lamp installed in the dry storage area addressed. Sufficient storage area available in the back now. All goods of the floor > 15cm.
- General sanitation improved greatly. Grease build-up cleaned.
