Follow up to report MBEK-CU2RFF. Premises in excellent sanitary condition. Food is protected from potential contamination. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm in spray bottles. Foil not present in cooler noted on previous routine inspection report. Dry food items are stored in containers with lids. Dry food storage areas well organized and clean. No signs of pest damage or contamination. Ventilation canopy is scheduled for professional cleaning on August 7, 2023. It was stated that canopy is cleaned on a weekly basis (exterior and filters). Premises is being serviced by a pest control technician. Next scheduled service is tomorrow. Holes/gaps have been sealed since last routine inspection. Note: Some holes/gaps may still be present in some areas (for example, hot water tank room). No food or food utensil/equipment storage in this area. Continue to monitor for new pest activity and continue to identify and seal holes/gaps as necessary. Hot water tank room door was observed to be closed at time of inspection. It was recommended to keep this door closed at all times. One mouse observed in tin cat trap within this room--to be removed/reset by pest control. Food safety plan for buffet items has been provided.
