Routine inspection
- Hand washing station in washroom fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius. Reminder: keep the walk in cooler door closed. Provide a light cover or sleeves on the bulb in the walk in cooler if the bulbs are not shatter proof.
- open face produce cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius except the meat freezer. The operator will be replacing the freezer.
- Food products stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- All food products organized on shelves.
- No indication of any pest activity at the time of inspection.
