Ensure tooth brush is not left in the basin of the hand washing station. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. - Ice machine and ice well maintained in sanitary condition. - Temperature records maintained and available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time.
