Improvement noted for the flies situation noted at the facility. Less number of flies noted than compared to the last 3 inspections.
Terminix Canada (pest control company) was hired and came for an on-site inspection on June 17, 2022. However, facility has not hired a regular pest control company. Due to the number of flies noted at facility, facility needs to hire an external pest control company that comes in at least once a month to help with the pest issue. Once the situation has improved then together with the district inspector, we may consider reducing the frequency of visit. This will be evaluated during the next routine inspection.
Cleanliness of the facility has also improved. Facility now does a deep cleaning twice a week, every Wednesday and Sunday.
A different type of wall material was installed around the electrical panel, this will also be installed by the sink area and across from the electrical panel. Material allows for more effective cleaning and sanitation. No more buildup noted on the wall by the electrical panel.
Flat grill, vent hood and deep fryer noted in a much better sanitation condition.
Please keep up with maintaining the cleanliness of this facility to help deter flies harborage.
