Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat debris observed on the meat slicer. Staff started to clean the meat slicer at the time of the inspection.

Comments

- General sanitation needs improvement.
- All handwashing stations (front/back) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration at 22.5C at the plate's level.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bins at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the premises every 10 days. Pest control summary reports available and reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Washrooms appear to be in clean condition. Handwash stations fully stocked.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- Condiment cooler = 4C. Do not over fill the condiment inserts, especially foods with meats.
- All freezer < or = -18C
- Rice cooker = 60C
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
