Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pink organic buildup noted in the interior of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Operator started to clean the ice machine as soon as this issue was pointed out to him.
After cleaning and sanitizing, ensure to keep up with the Sanitation schedule for cleaning the interior of the ice machine so no organic buildup can be noted.

Observation: Back door was open at the time of inspection. Noted screen door was broken at the bottom with a gap that is larger than the size of a pencil.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the screen door to prevent pest from entering the facility.

Observation: Cardboard and raw wood board used to lined the shelvings for dry good.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all carboard and raw wood board and replace with an approproriate shelf liners that are non-water absorbent, smooth and easy to clean.

Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below
Rice hot holding at 69.0C in the rice cooker.
2 sanitizer spray bottles available. 200 PPM chlorine residual noted in both spray bottle.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 181F at the gauge level and 83.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Excellent cleanliness noted in the fume hood, deep fryers and overall cookline.
General cleanliness of the facility is acceptable.
Note: Small amount of dust noted on the hanging wire rack above the chest freezer - please clean this area by the end of today.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Operator (onsite at the time of inspection) has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - expires May 5, 2027.
