Pizza preparation cooler not in use at time of inspection. Ensure it is turned on and achieving 4 degrees C or less before placing food products in inserts and in the lower section.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C.
Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -15 degrees C.
Chest freezer at -18 degrees C.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink available for use.
Walk in cooler no longer in use.
