Bar leak has been repaired. Owner mentions that it is due to crystal build up from syrup in pop gun over time. They will clean the time on a regular basis to prevent this leaky issue. Dishwasher still has small amount of water dripping although pipe has been replaced. The technician suggests using a sealant on the pipe but he will be back to monitor soon due to work to be done in the staff washroom (replacing toilet and sink). Hallway flooring cleaning completed *Food sampling (Greek rice) also collected at time of inspection. Batch of rice was made yesterday and portioned this morning to be placed in line coolers. 200g rice obtained at 4.6C (12:03PM).
