Correction: To ensure staff wash their hands regularly to prevent the spread of disease:
1. Repair hand sink in front area immediately.
2. Ensure all hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.

Observations During inspection:
- All hand sinks stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- Chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm available
- Hand sink in front area has been repaired
- Large pot removed from premises
- Paper towel dispenser moved closer to compartment sinks
- Vents to be serviced by professional company

Corrections Needed
- Install soap dispenser by two-compartment sink
- Submit updated Food Safety Plan, Sanitation Plan, and Floor Plan to undersigned by June 4, 2021.
- Enroll in FoodSafe Level 1 course or its equivalent.
