Seasonal ice cream production from May - September Chest freezer at - 31 C, sliding freezer -19 C, ice cream machine onsite at Nature's Pickins kitchen, dipper well in good working order, bleach sanitizer spray bottle at 100 ppm, no product onsite at time of inspection. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, hot & cold running water and single use paper towels. Covid-19 Workplace covid 19 safety plan onsite. Masks will be worn by staff once kiosk opens for operation for season. Note: provide hand sanitizer for public at same counter.
